摘要
随着社会变革和新技术的飞速发展,高等教育发生了深刻的改变。欧林工学院、密涅瓦学院和斯坦福2025计划是对"以学生为中心"人才培养模式的新探索和新实验,这一探索和实验呈现出三个显著特征:以学生学习为中心的个性化学习体验,激发多模态学习,更加关注学习过程;以学生发展为中心的自适应组织形式,构建"非典型"校园形态,建立"非传统"校园环境;以学生学习效果为中心的新技术应用和市场驱动,实施项目化网络化"因材施教",鼓励学生参与校园设计。三校的实验揭示了定制化的高校变革方向,为我国高校高质量人才培养模式改革提供了三个维度的启示和借鉴:确立"学为中心"理念、推进"学为中心"改革;变革教学模式、促进多模态学习;试点组织模式"颠覆性"创新、构建新型人才培养模式。
With the social change and the rapid development of new technology,higher education is about to undergo profound changes.In what form will universities in the future exist?What kind of mode will talent training adopt?Compared with traditional universities,Olin college is a new type of University in the field of engineering,the Minerva project is a virtual university based on Internet thinking,and the"Stanford 2025"project is a vision and plan for the future university that has not yet been put into practice.The three"university"have experimented with atypical educational innovation,provided a brand new learning experience and created a subversive organizational model.They stimulate multi-modal learning,provide a personalized learning environment,and arouse the initiative of learners.They jointly explore the"student-centered"personalized talents training mode,reveal the direction of customized University reform.They provide enlightenment and reference for our country to innovate talent training mode in three dimensions.First,establishing the"student centered"concept and promoting the"student centered"reform;Second,changing the teaching mode to promote multi-modal learning;Third,launching the pilot organization mode with"subversive"innovation and building a new talent training mode.
