摘要
数字技术被广泛运用到社区治理体系中,但互联网技术与社区的互动关系、介入社区的方式却鲜少微观个案的研究。对大营街社区自办的微信公众号进行调研,发现该公众号成为记录社区生活的新档案载体,通过形成“时间流”、发掘社区历史和树立典范、在不同社交媒体平台间架构社区互动机制等方式,从而创造性地将微信公众号转化为一种社区数字治理和联结技术的地方性“电子档案”。微信公众号介入基层社会并实现社会治理的重要方式在于运用日常话题构筑新媒体资源网络、挖掘本土性资源、巩固居民对社区的认同感与共情感。
Digital technology is widely used in the community governance system.However,there are few micro-case studies on the interaction between Internet technology and the community,and the way that Internet technology intervenes in the community.Taking a grassroots community self-run WeChat public account as the research object,we found that the WeChat official account served as a new file carrier to record community life.By forming a“time flow”,discovering community history and setting an example,as well as building a community interaction mechanism across different social media platforms,the WeChat public account is creatively transformed into a local“electronic archive”for community digital governance and connection technology.This paper puts forward an important way for WeChat official accounts to engage with the grassroots society and achieve social governance in the use of everyday topics to build a new media resource network,tap into local resources,and consolidate residents’sense of identity and empathy towards the community.
