摘要
随着中国经济水平的不断提高,人口老龄化问题也日趋突出,便秘作为临床常见病之一,在老年患者中的患病率有明显提高的趋势。便秘分为器质性便秘及功能性便秘,老年患者由于生理、病理、心理、社会及全身器质性疾病等因素的影响,功能性便秘较为常见,此文旨在通过对文献中关于老年性便秘的调查研究,梳理并总结老年功能性便秘的流行病学特征,基于“魄门亦为五脏使”理论,以脏腑辨证为纲治疗老年人功能性便秘,对中医药内服治疗老年功能性便秘的方法及经验进行综述,为老年功能性便秘的治疗提供思路及方法。
With the continuous improvement of the economic level of China,the aging of population is becoming more and more prominent.Constipation,as one of the common clinical diseases,has an obvious tendency to increase in the prevalence of elderly patients.Constipation is divided into organic constipation and functional constipation,elderly patients due to physiological,pathological,psychological,social and systemic organic diseases Functional constipation is relatively common.This paper aims to sort out and summarize the epidemiological characteristics of functional constipation in the elderly through the investigation and research on senile constipation in the literature.Based on the theory of“the soul door is also the five zang organs”,the treatment of functional constipation in the elderly is based on syndrome differentiation of zang⁃fu organs.The methods and experience of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of functional constipation in the elderly are reviewed,so as to provide ideas and methods for the treatment of functional constipation in the elderly.
