摘要
时昭红教授认为功能性便秘的病位在大肠,主要病机为各种原因导致的大肠传导功能失常,同时也与肝、肺、脾、肾、胃等脏腑的功能失调有关。"通降法"并非单纯攻下,而是顺应胃肠生理特性因势利导、辨证论治。因此,运用"通降法"调节脏腑功能,恢复胃肠通降下行的正常生理机能,是治疗功能性便秘的根本途径。临床上时昭红教授以"通降法"治疗功能性便秘取得显著疗效,介绍其临证经验。
Introduce the Professor Shi Zhaohong’s experience in treating functional constipation with“dredging and descending method”.Professor Shi believes that the location of functional constipation is in the large intestine.The main pathogenesis is the disorder of large intestine conduction dsyfunction caused by various reasons,and it is also related to the dysfunction of liver,lung,spleen,kidney,stomach and other viscera.Therefore,the fundamental way to treat functional constipation is to use“dredging and descending method”to regulate the function of viscera and restore the normal physiological function of gastrointestinal.Professor Shi Zhaohong takes“dredging and descending method”as the basic method for the treatment of functional constipation in clinic,and has achieved remarkable curative effect.“dredging and descending method”is not a simple attack,but to conform to the physiological characteristics of gastrointestinal tract,guide according to the situation,and treat according to syndrome differentiation.
