摘要
目的探讨腹针与中药联合治疗气虚型功能性便秘(FC)的效果。方法选择2019年6月—2020年6月甘肃省庆阳市同一苑门诊98例气虚型FC患者,采用随机数字法分成对照组和试验组,每组49例。对照组予中药治疗,试验组在对照组基础上加用腹针治疗。比较两组治疗效果、胃肠激素水平。结果试验组总有效率95.92%高于对照组81.63%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.018,P<0.05);试验组治疗后血清胃动素(305.28±22.07)ng/L、血清胃泌素(95.55±15.42)ng/L、血清P物质(65.98±7.68)ng/L高于对照组(268.24±20.70)ng/L、(84.97±9.45)ng/L、(50.70±6.75)ng/L,差异有统计学意义(t=8.569,P<0.05;t=4.095,P<0.05;t=10.461,P<0.05)。结论气虚型FC联合采用腹针、中药治疗效果显著,值得推荐。
Objective To investigate the effect of abdominal acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine on functional constipation of Qixu type.Methods From June 2019 to June 2020,98 patients with functional constipation of Qixu type were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine,and the experimental group was treated with abdominal acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The effect,gastrointestinal hormone level and pac-qol score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group(95.92%)was higher than that of the control group(81.63%)(χ2=5.018,P<0.05);After treatment,serum motilin(305.28±22.07)ng/L,serum gastrin(95.55±15.42)ng/L,serum substance P(65.98±7.68)ng/L in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(268.24±20.70)ng/L,(84.97±9.45)ng/L,(50.70±6.75)ng/L,with significant differences(t=8.569,P<0.05;t=4.095,P<0.05;t=10.461,P<0.05).Conclusion FC of Qixu type combined with abdominal acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine has significant therapeutic effect,which is worthy of recommendation.
