摘要
家校社协同育人是新时代的教育主题。学校社会工作通过政府购买服务的形式嵌入学校教育场域,成为社会教育新形式。学校社会工作参与家校社协同育人经历了社会支持网络成员资格确立、家庭网络联结、问题解决导向的校社协同三个阶段。以社会支持网络视角下的社会工作实践理论为指导,学校社会工作的服务可以从社会支持网络的整合转向学生个体人际关联能力的提升,从制度性嵌入走向专业自主,成为新时代家校社协同育人机制的重要补充,助力儿童青少年健康成长。
Home-school-community education is the theme of education in the new era.Through the purchase of services by the government,school social work can penetrate into the school field and becomes a new form of social education.According to the practice of School Social Work Service Project,school social work can play the role of connecting and integrating students’informal and formal support networks in home-school-community cooperative education.The school social work service can be further deepened on the basis of integrating students’social support network,aiming at the interpersonal empowerment of students and their social support network members,and cooperating to construct the problem-solving community,it helps students,families and schools work together to find coping strategies around the problem.
