摘要
教育惩戒是中职学校教育中调试学生自由与教育秩序、促使学生良好品行养成得以社会化发展的重要举措,其育人目标的实现需要借助家校协作。家校协作是巩固教育惩戒育人效果的重要途径,是助推教育惩戒生态优化的现实需要,也是建构教育惩戒契约型信任的有益补充。以交叠影响域理论审视中职学校教育惩戒的家校协作,惩戒共识窘境、权责分界模糊、主体间信任危机是当前面临的三重挑战,需通过赋能教师发展、凝聚惩戒共识、明确惩戒权责、强调关怀导向、构建协作机制等措施予以应对。
Educational discipline is an important measure to adjust students’freedom and educational order in secondary vocational education,and promote the socialization of students’good conduct.The realization of its educational goal needs the help of home-school cooperation.Home-school collaboration is an important way to consolidate the effectiveness of educational discipline,promote the practical needs of optimizing the ecological environment of educational discipline,and also a beneficial supplement to building contractual trust in educational discipline.The overlapping spheres of influence is used to examine the home school collaboration of educational discipline in secondary vocational education.The dilemma of educational discipline consensus,the blurred division of power and responsibility,and the crisis of trust between subjects are the three major challenges currently facing.It needs to be addressed through measures such as enabling teacher development,condensing educational discipline consensus,clarifying educational discipline power and responsibility,emphasizing care orientation and building cooperation mechanisms.
