摘要
动员居民社区参与是参与式社区治理进程中的重点与难题。在社区参与中,社区居民个体进入社区场域,在同社区治理情境的关系变化中完成在社区的身份建构。基于此探究居民群体在社区参与中的身份建构过程及其背后的行动逻辑,通过在W市W街道的参与观察与访谈发现,社区居民在社区参与中呈现出三种身份变化:居民、居民志愿者和骨干居民。研究结果表明,居民与社区治理情境的关系变化带来对“利益”理解的转变是骨干居民身份建构的深层原因。在此过程中,居民与社区治理情境的关系由相对独立到嵌入再到融合,居民的行动逻辑经历了从个益、互益到共益的转变,并不断助推基层社区“公共性”的成长。
Mobilising residents for community participation is the focus and challenge in the process of participatory community governance.In community participation,individual community residents enter the community field and complete the construction of community identity in the changing relationship with the community governance context.Based on this,we investigate the identity construction process of residents'groups in community participation and the logic of their actions behind it.Through the participatory observation and interviews obtained in the W district of W city,we found that community residents showed three kinds of identity changes in community participation:residents,volunteer residents and core residents.The findings suggest that the changing relationship between residents and the community governance context,which brings about a shift in the understanding of interests',is the underlying reason for the construction of the identity of core residents.In this process,the relationship between residents and the community governance context changes from relatively independent to embedded,and to integrated.The residents'logic of action changes from individual benefit,mutual benefit to common benefit.The logic of residents'actions changes from individual benefit and mutual benefit to common benefit,and contributes to the growth of publicness in grassroots communities.
