摘要
数字技术是现代先进生产力,代表着新的发展方向,其与各行各业普遍结合、广泛赋能已经成为必然趋势,也为乡村治理提供了新的方法论。随着数字技术在乡村治理中的应用日益广泛,其复制成本低、追溯能力强、定位功能精准、传播速度块、信息获取及时等特征在提升治理效果、创新治理方式中发挥了重要作用,但标准规范不够、地区发展失衡、专业人才短缺、农民参与不充分等现实问题也在部分地区继续存在。因此,需要充分厘清基本逻辑,理顺发展思路,结合现实问题,抓好统筹城乡建设,完善建设标准,建设关键环节,协同推动释放数字红利,激活乡村治理内生动力。
Digital technology is a modern advanced productivity,which represents a new development di-rection.The trend of integrating digital technology with production and life is becoming more and more ob-vious.Moreover,the application of digital technology provides a new methodology for rural governance.Thanks to its characteristics of low cost,traceability,accurate positioning,fast dissemination,extensive in-formation etc.,digital technology has played an important role in rural governance.However,there are some difficulties and problems in the application of digitalization in rural governance.For example,lack of stan-dards,uneven regional development,lack of professionals,and insufficient user participation.Therefore,it is necessary to clarify the basic logic,to sort out the development ideas,to balance urban and rural devel-opment,improve construction standard,establish key points,collaboratively forward the advantages of digi-tal technology and activate endogenous power for rural governance.
