摘要
当前,智能建造正推动建筑产业不断更新升级,因而迫切需要培养适应建筑产业变革需要的高层次技术技能人才。该文从高职院校人才培养的革新、课程体系的完善、实验实训平台的建立、教学团队的优化、学生评价方式改革五个方面,对道路与桥梁工程技术专业人才培养进行探索,以期找到适应新工科背景发展的高职道路与桥梁工程技术高质量技术技能人才的发展方向。
At present,intelligent construction is driving the continuous updating and upgrading of the construction industry,therefore there is an urgent need to cultivate high-level technical and skilled talents to meet the transformation needs of the construction industry.This paper explored the cultivation of road and bridge engineering technology professionals from five aspects:the innovation of talent training in higher vocational colleges,the improvement of the curriculum system,the establishment of experimental training platforms,the optimization of teaching faculties,and the reform of student evaluation methods,so as to find the development direction of high-quality technical and skilled talents in vocational road and bridge engineering technology that adapt to the development of the new engineering background.
