摘要
学生素质通常分为专门职业能力、职业道德、通用职业能力三个层次,是高职教育成果的核心体现。职业发展就是人们在特定领域内,依据自己的能力,设定个性化的职业成长目标与职业成长路线。从机械类企业对员工素质要求出发,提出以专业群为出发点,坚持德育为主,依托CCEP项目,搭建"三个平台",办好"四项活动",推进现代学徒制教学,增强学生素质,提升未来职业发展力。
Students＇ quality is usually divided into specialized vocational ability, vocational ethics, and general vocational ability three levels, and is the core of higher vocational education achievement. Career development means in a particular field,on the basis of their abilities, people set up personalized vocational growth targets and career growth path. Starting from the quality requirements from machinery enterprises, it proposes to take professional group as the starting point, adhere to the moral education, relying on the CCEP project, set up the ＂three platforms＂, and do well in ＂four activities＂, so as to promote modern apprenticeship teaching, enhance students＇ quality, and improve the future career development.
