加快发展和建设新工科 主动适应和引领新经济 被引量:1693

Accelerating Development and Construction of Emerging Engineering,Taking Initiative to Adapt to and Lead the New Economy

摘要 新经济快速发展迫切需要新型工科人才支撑,需要高校面向未来布局新工科建设,探索更加多样化和个性化的人才培养模式,培养具有创新创业能力和跨界整合能力的工程科技人才。在新工科建设的前期探索中,设置了一批战略性新兴产业相关专业,推进示范性软件学院和微电子学院建设与改革,加快重点领域紧缺人才培养。下一步要面向当前产业急需和未来发展不断推动新工科建设,主动适应和引领新经济。在全面推进新时期工程教育改革和发展过程中,要树立创新型、综合化、全周期工程教育“新理念”,构建新兴工科和传统工科相结合的学科专业“新结构”,探索实施工程教育人才培养的“新模式”,打造具有国际竞争力的工程教育“新质量”,建立完善中国特色工程教育“新体系”,加快推进我国从工程教育大国走向工程教育强国。 Since new economy developed so rapidly, it is urgent to be supported by new engineering talents, for which universities need to make plans for the new engineering development in the future, explore more diversified and individualized talents training mode, and cultivate engineering and scientific talents with innovative and entrepreneurial abilities and interdisciplinary and integrating abilities. In the earlier stage of exploration of new engineering construction, we set up a number of subjects related to strategic emerging industries, promoted the construction and reform of the exemplary software and microelectronics colleges, and accelerated the training of talents of scarcity in key areas. The next step is to keep promoting the new engineering construction for the urgent needs of the current industry and the future development, and take the initiative to adapt to and lead the new economy. In the process of comprehensively promoting the reform and developing engineering education in new era, we need to develop new concepts such as macro-engineering, green engineering education and comprehensive engineering education, construct new structure for subjects and majors combining new and traditional engineering, explore and implement new model of talents training in engineering education, shape new quality of engineering education with international competitiveness, establish and improve "new system" of engineering education with Chinese characteristics, so as to speed up the evolution from large scale to great power in engineering education in our country.
