摘要
贯彻落实以“学生为中心”、以“立德树人”为主线的教学理念,解决传统教学中“重治疗和预防、轻发展和促进”问题,从积极心理学的视角优化“大学生心理健康教育”的教学目标,对教学内容进行丰富和重构,并融入积极心理学的元素,运用体验式教学和线上线下混合式相结合的教学设计,完善课程教学评价指标体系,从而构建“以国家统一要求为纲、以学生心理特点为主、以学校资源为辅”、注重培养学生健全人格和积极心理品质的“大学生心理健康教育”课程。
To implement the student-centered teaching concept of fostering character and civic virtue,and solve the problem of emphasizing more on treatment and prevention but less on development and promotion in traditional teaching,the teaching objectives Mental Health Education for College Students was optimized from the perspective of positive psychology,the teaching content was enriched and reconstructed combining elements of positive psychology and using the teaching design with the combination of experiential teaching and online-offline blended teaching and the teaching evaluation index system of courses was improved,so as to construct Mental Health Education for College Students course which sets the unified requirement of the country as the syllabus,focuses on students'psychological characteristics,and puts the school resources as the supplement and emphasizes on cultivating students'healthy personality and positive psychological traits.
