摘要
                
                    随着我国体育事业的快速发展,全民健身理念已深入人心,急需一大批应用型社会体育人才,这对我国高校体育人才的培养提出了新要求。因此,该研究就我国高校应用型社会体育人才的培育现状、存在的问题,以及如何在OBE模式下加大高校应用型社会人才的培养力度,满足我国当前全民健身的发展,提出了一些有针对性的研究措施。为我国体育事业在新时期的应用型社会体育人才的培养提供一些有益借鉴和参考。
                
                With the rapid development of sports in China, the concept of national fitness has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people, and a large number of applied social sports talents are urgently needed, which puts forward new requirements for the cultivation of sports talents in colleges and universities in China. Therefore, under the OBE model, this research focuses on the current situation, existing problems and deficiencies of the cultivation of applied social sports talents in colleges and universities in China, and how to speed up the cultivation of applied social talents in colleges and universities under the OBE model to meet the current development of national fitness in China. In this regard, the article puts forward some targeted research measures to further promote the development of sports in China and provide some useful references for cultivating applied social sports talents in the new era.
