摘要
基于地方综合性大学卓越教师协同培养体系的构建背景,以湖南科技大学为例,重点探讨“需求引领两翼驱动四维融合”的地方综合性大学卓越教师协同培养体系构建过程、实践成效及其特色,以期为综合性大学教师教育的改革与发展提供参考。
Based on the background of the collaborative training system construction for excellent teachers in local comprehensive university, taking Hunan University of Science and Technology as an example, this paper focuses on the construction process, the practical effects and the characteristics of the collaborative training system for excellent teachers in local comprehensive universities, which is “demand led, two advantages driven, four-dimensional integration”, with a view to providing reference for the reform and development of teacher education in the comprehensive universities.
