摘要
职业技术师范院校是专门为中等职业学校培养合格师资的本科师范院校,构建教师教育类课程体系,提高师范生的教育教学能力,是提升职业教育师资培养的关键。分析了职业技术师范院校教师教育类课程存在的问题、课程体系构建的依据,给出了职业技术师范院校教师教育类课程体系构建的策略建议,包括确立清晰、合理化的课程目标,设置具有职业特点的模块化课程体系,以能力为本位设计课程内容,改革教学方法,完善教学技能实习实践模式,健全课程实施的评价体系。
Vocational and technical normal colleges are undergraduate normal colleges that specialize in training qualified teachers for secondary vocational schools.The key to improving the training of vocational education teachers and improving the education and teaching ability of normal college students is to build up a teacher education curriculum system.This paper analyzes the problems of the teacher education courses in vocational and technical normal colleges,the basis for the construction of the curriculum system,and gives some strategic suggestions for the construction of teacher education curriculum system in vocational and technical normal colleges,including establishing clear and reasonable curriculum objectives,setting up a modular curriculum system with professional characteristics,designing curriculum content with a competency-based view,reforming the teaching methods,improving the practice mode of teaching skills,and improving the evaluation system of curriculum implementation.
