摘要
选取2006—2020年283个地级及以上城市数据,基于固定效应模型和中介效应模型对企业家精神与产业结构优化升级之间的关系以及产业集聚在两者之间的传导机制进行实证研究。研究结果表明,企业家精神对产业结构的合理化和高级化有显著促进作用,与企业家创新精神相比,企业家创业精神对产业结构升级的促进作用更强。中介效应表明,产业集聚在企业家精神促进产业结构升级中起到了部分中介作用。调节效应表明,政府制定过高的经济增长目标会抑制企业家精神对产业结构升级的促进作用。异质性分析表明,企业家精神推动产业结构升级具有明显的区域异质性特征,企业家精神对中西部地区城市产业结构升级的促进作用弱于东部地区;从城市等级异质性来看,企业家精神对产业结构升级的促进作用从一线城市到五线城市逐渐减弱。此外,产业集聚的中介效应也存在异质性,具体表现为产业集聚在东部地区城市中和等级较高的城市中表现出更加显著的传导机制。
Based on the panel data of 283 prefecture-level and above cities from 2006 to 2020,this paper empirically studies the relationship between entrepreneurship and industrial structure optimization and upgrading,as well as the transmission mechanism of industrial agglomeration between them using fixed effect and mediating effect model.The results show that entrepreneurship has a significant role in promoting the rationalization and advancement of industrial structure,and compared with innovation spirit of entrepreneur,pioneering spirit of entrepreneur has a stronger role in promoting the upgrade of industrial structure.The mediating effect shows that industrial agglomeration plays a partial mediating role in upgrading of industrial structure promoted by entrepreneurship.The moderating effect indicates that the government’s excessive economic growth target will inhibit the promotion of entrepreneurship for upgrading of industrial structure.According to heterogeneity analysis,there is the obvious regional heterogeneity in upgrading of industrial structure promoted by entrepreneurship,which has weaker promotion in upgrading of urban industrial structure in the central and western regions than that in the eastern regions;From the perspective of urban hierarchy heterogeneity,entrepreneurship in promoting the upgrade of industrial structure is gradually weakened from first-tier cities to fifth-tier cities.In addition,the mediating effect of industrial agglomeration is also heterogeneous,which is embodied in the fact that industrial agglomeration shows a more significant transmission mechanism in the cities of eastern region and the cities with higher level.
