摘要
传染病医院服务模式的发展与传染病疫情的流行密不可分,以深圳市第三人民医院为例,服务模式的发展经历了传统专科服务模式、强专科大综合模式、平疫结合下的“开关”模式、平疫结合下的“并联”模式,共4种服务模式。在不同疫情背景下,医院分析发展瓶颈,统筹各方资源,不断调整自身的服务模式,以顺应不同时期的形势变化,持续推动医院发展。
The development of the service mode of infectious disease hospital is inseparable from the prevalence of infectious disease. Taking Shenzhen Third People’s Hospital as an example, the development of the service mode of the hospital has experienced four service modes:traditional specialized service mode,strong specialized and comprehensive mode, the “on-off” mode under the combination of epidemic prevention and treatment,and the“parallel”mode under the combination of epidemic prevention and treatment. Under the background of different epidemics,hospitals analyzed development bottlenecks,coordinated resources from all parties,and continuously adjusted their service models to adapt to changes in the situation in different periods and continue to promote hospital development.
