摘要
清燥救肺汤源自喻嘉言《医门法律》,由杏仁、冬桑叶、人参、胡麻仁、石膏、麦门冬、阿胶、枇杷叶、甘草九味药组成,具有养阴清燥润肺之功,临床常用于治疗急性气管-支气管炎、间质性肺炎、大叶性肺炎等呼吸系统疾病。除此以外,依据“肺在窍为鼻”“肺与大肠相表里”等理论,多位医家在临床实际中发现其对五官科疾病、消化科疾病、皮肤科疾病等均有良好的疗效。故笔者查阅近30年的文献资料,总结其扩展应用,希望对医者有所启迪,更好地发挥清燥救肺汤的应用价值,解决患者的病痛。
Qingzao Jiufei decoction derived from Yu Jiayan’s "Medical Laws", is composed of nine herbs: almond,winter mulberry leaf, ginseng, sesame seed, gypsum, ophiopogon japonicus, donkey hide gelatin, loquat leaf and licorice, it can nourishing Yin, clearing dryness and moistening the lungs. It is commonly used clinically to treat respiratory diseases such as acute tracheo-bronchitis, interstitial pneumonia, lobar pneumonia. In addition, according to the theory of "the external orifice of the lung is the nose" "the lung and the large intestine being interior-exteriorly related", many doctors have found that it has good curative effect on ENT diseases, digestive diseases and skin diseases in clinical practice.Therefore, the author consulted the literature of nearly 30 years and summarized its expanded application, hoping to enlighten doctors and better play the application value of Qingzao Jiufei decoction to solve the patients’ pain.
