摘要
目的:研究彭暾名中医经验方化积散加减治疗上呼吸道感染后小儿咳嗽的疗效。方法:选取2019.6~2020.5彭暾名中医门诊治疗的96例上呼吸道感染后咳嗽患儿作为研究对象,采用系统随机化法均分为观察组(经验方化积散加减治疗)、对照组(常规西医治疗)各48例。比较两组治疗2周后临床疗效,比较治疗前及治疗2周后临床症状积分、疾病相关因子[半胱氨酰白三烯(CyslTs)、血清腺普脱氨酶(ADA)、细胞间黏附分子~1(ICAM-1)]、生活质量[莱塞斯特咳嗽生命质量问卷(LCQ)]、不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗2周后,两组临床有效率比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗2周后,观察组临床症状(咳嗽、咳痰)积分、疾病相关因子(CyslTs、ADA、ICAM-1)明显低于治疗前及同期对照组;LCQ评分水平明显高于治疗前及同期对照组(P<0.05)。两组患儿在治疗过程中均未出现严重不良反应。结论:经验方化积散加减治疗上呼吸道感染后小儿咳嗽具有显著疗效,能够有效缓解咳嗽症状,提升患儿生活质量。
Objective:To study the efficacy of using empirical formula Modified Huaji Powder of famous traditional Chinese medicine doctor PENG Tun in treating cough in children after upper respiratory tract infection.Methods:A total of 96 children patients with cough after upper respiratory tract infection who were given outpatient treatment of Modified Huaji Powder from June 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into an observation group(Huaji Powder treatment)and a controlled group(conventional western medicine treatment)by systematic randomization,with 48 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups after 2 weeks of treatment,and the scores of clinical symptoms,disease-related factors[cysteinyl leukotrienes(CyslTs),serum adenosine deaminase(ADA),intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1)],quality of life[Leicester Cough Questionnaire(LCQ)]and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared before treatment and after 2 weeks of treatment.Results:After 2 weeks of treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the clinical effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the scores of clinical symptoms(cough,expectoration)and disease-related factors(CyslTs,ADA,ICAM-1)of observation group were significantly lower than those before treatment and those in the controlled group during the same period.LCQ scores were significantly higher than those before treatment and those in the controlled group during the same period(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups during treatment.Conclusion:Empirical formula of Modified Huaji Powder has a significant efficacy in treating cough in children after upper respiratory tract infection,and it can effectively relieve the cough symptoms and improve the quality of life of children patients.
