摘要
目的探讨宫腔双球囊填塞以及子宫B-lynch缝合术治疗剖宫产产后出血的效果。方法回顾性分析2019年8月至2020年8月在北京怀柔医院行剖宫产术且发生产后出血的160例患者,其中宫腔双球囊填塞的80例为观察组,子宫B-lynch缝合术80例为对照组,比较两组术中、术后相关指标及治疗产后出血的效果。结果观察组术中出血量、术后24 h总出血量以及输血量均低于对照组;观察组手术时间、术后住院时间、抗生素使用时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。术后,观察组血红蛋白以及白蛋白值均高于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对剖宫产产后出血的患者采用宫腔双球囊填塞进行治疗效果更好。同时宫腔双球囊填塞能够及时有效对患者进行止血,降低患者并发症的发生率,值得临床推广和广泛使用。
Objective To investigate the effect of uterine double balloon packing and uterine B-lynch suture in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section.Methods A total of 160 patients with postpartum hemorrhage who underwent cesarean section in Beijing Huairou Hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.Among them,80 patients of uterine double balloon packing were the observation group,and 80 patients of uterine B-lynch suture were the control group.The intraoperative and postoperative related indicators and the effect of treating postpartum hemorrhage were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative blood loss,24 h postoperative blood loss and blood transfusion volume in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The operation time,postoperative hospitalization time and antibiotic use time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).After operation,the hemoglobin and albumin values in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the total complication rate was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section,the treatment effect of uterine double balloon packing is better.At the same time,the uterine double balloon packing can effectively stop bleeding in a timely manner and reduce the incidence of complications in patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and widespread use.
