摘要
目的:分析非前置胎盘剖宫产中宫腔止血囊应用的可行性。方法:选取2017年1月至2021年12月期间于福清市第三医院收治的90例非前置胎盘剖宫产术中出血>700 mL的患者,依据止血方案不同将患者分为对照组(药物止血)与观察组(药物止血联合宫腔止血囊),各45例。比较两组患者出血情况、止血指标、相关并发症以及预后情况。结果:观察组患者治疗后4 h、12 h阴道出血量少于对照组,止血时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者不良预后发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术后24 h肾上腺素、皮质醇低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:非前置胎盘剖宫产中宫腔止血囊能够确保尽快止血,控制出血量,缩短出血时间,对于预后改善具有积极作用,且使用安全性理想。
Objective To analyze the feasibility of intrauterine hemostatic sac reduce the amount of bleeding in non-placenta previa cesarean section.Methods A total of 90 patients with bleeding>700 mL during non-placenta previa cesarean section admitted to Fuqing Third Hospital from January 2017 to December 2021 were selected.According to different hemostasis regimens,the patients were divided into a control group(drug hemostasis)and an observation group(drug hemostasis combined with intrauterine hemostatic sac),with 45 cases in each group.The bleeding situation,hemostatic indicators,related complications and prognosis were compared between the two groups.Results The amount of vaginal bleeding at 4 h and 12 h after treatment in the observation group were less than those in the control group,and the hemostasis time was shorter than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of poor prognosis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The epinephrine and cortisol of the observation group were lower than those of the control group 24 hours after operation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In non-placenta previa cesarean section,the intrauterine hemostatic sac can ensure the hemostasis as soon as possible to control the bleeding volume,shorten the bleeding time,and has a positive effect on the improvement of prognosis,and the use of safety is ideal.
