摘要
目的探讨采用基于问题的学习法(PBL)结合微信和多媒体教学在泌尿外科临床教学中的应用效果。方法选取2020年9月至2021年8月在汕头市中心医院泌尿外科进行临床实习的临床医学专业学生共66名,学习周期为4周,分成两组,2020年9月至2021年3月实习的学生采用传统的PBL教学模式作为对照组(n=33),2021年4月至2021年8月实习的学生采取PBL结合微信和多媒体教学模式作为研究组(n=33),分别按照各组教学方式进行临床实习教学,通过理论考试、问卷调查、满意度评估方式,比较教学效果和教学满意度。结果研究组总成绩优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组病例分析成绩明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。调查问卷结果显示,学生认为PBL结合微信和多媒体教学模式有着不错的效果。研究组满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL结合微信和多媒体教学有助于提高临床教学效果,同时也增加了学生的学习兴趣。此教学模式初步应用效果较好。
Objective To investigate the application effect of Problem-based learning(PBL)combined with WeChat and multimedia teaching in clinical teaching of Department of Urology.Methods A total of 66 students majoring in clinical medicine for clinical practice in the Department of Urology of Shantou Central Hospital from September 2020 to August 2021 were selected,with a learning cycle of 4 weeks.They were divided into two groups.The interns receiving the traditional PBL teaching mode from September 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the control group(n=33),while the interns receiving the PBL combined with WeChat and multimedia teaching mode from April 2021 to August 2021 were selected as the research group(n=33).The clinical practice teaching was conducted according to the teaching methods of each group.The teaching effect and teaching satisfaction were compared in view of the theoretical examination,questionnaire survey and satisfaction evaluation.Results The overall performance of the study group was better than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);the results of case analysis in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The results of questionnaire showed that students deemed good effects of PBL combined with WeChat and multimedia teaching mode.The satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL combined with WeChat and multimedia teaching helps to improve the clinical teaching effect and also increases students’interest in learning.The initial application effect of this teaching mode is satisfactory.
