The Application of Animation Technology in Electrocardiogram Teaching

摘要 目的评价动画技术在心电图教学活动中使用价值。方法2018年9—12月,将遵义医科大学临床医学314名学生分为两组学习制作心电图动画(心律失常部分),1~4班为对照组157名,使用平时传统的多媒体教学模式,7~10班为动画教学组157名。主要测试心律失常部分理论成绩及实验课成绩。进行临床医学专业学生理论教学,使用多种方式进行结果评价。结果与对照组比较,动画组理论成绩、实验成绩,学生主动参与度及阅图技能明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论动画教学可明显提高学生对心电图产生基本原理理解能力,从而提高心电图教学阅图技能。 Objective To evaluate the application value of animation technology in ECG teaching.Methods Make an electrocardiogram animation(arrhythmia part),divide the teaching class(314 in clinical medicine)into two groups,class 1-4 is the control group with 157 students,using the usual traditional multimedia teaching mode,and class 7-10 is animation teaching group of 157 students.Mainly test the theoretical scores of the arrhythmia part and the experimental class scores.Carry out theoretical teaching for clinical medicine students,and use multiple methods to evaluate the results.Results Compared with the control group,the theoretical scores,experimental scores,students'active participation and reading skills of the animation group were significantly improved,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Animation teaching can significantly improve students'understanding of the basic principles of electrocardiogram production,thereby improving the reading skills of electrocardiogram teaching.
