摘要
教师教育一体化建设是教师教育改革的关键领域。教师教育一体化发展体系主要从教师专业发展的实际需要出发,强调教师职前培养和职后培训的有机融合,具有教师教育时间向度的延展、场域空间的叠加、多维主体的聚力等三重功能。教师教育一体化发展体系有助于消解教师职前培养和职后培训的相互割裂,打开教师终身发展的生涯视野,增强师范生的职业认同感,最终实现教师职前职后目标协同、职前职后资源融合以及学习者和教育者之间角色的联通互惠。其建构路径包括不同类型教师教育者的合作路径、不同层级教师发展机构的协同路径、不同领域教师教育资源的同步建设路径。
As a crucial part of reforms in teacher education,the development system of teacher education is designed to foster an environment where teacher can receive pre-service training and post-service training necessary for their career development as much as possible so that they can develop their identity as educators and“hit the ground running”and succeed.The paper offers possible paths for that:cooperation between teachers of different duties,levels and academic backgrounds.
