新时代本科基准义务教育教师培养模式探析 被引量:4

摘要 进入新时代,探索本科基准义务教育教师培养模式,将本科层次作为未来义务教育教师的最低学历标准、鼓励研究生层次教师的培养,符合人民大众追求公平优质教育、教师教育理论中国化发展、建设"高素质专业化创新型教师队伍"的需求。教师教育机构、教师招聘单位及发达国家教师教育经验等支撑性条件为构建本科基准义务教育教师培养模式提供了可行性基础。基于此,可遵循"准入—过程—出口"的逻辑,以培养高质量义务教育教师为目标,从培养机构专业化、招生准入公平化、培养方式灵活化、培养课程实践化、考核评价科学化五方面进行探析,并辅之以加强相关法律法规建设、协同各方办学主体、推进教师教育学科建设等保障措施统筹规划。 In the new era,exploring the training model of compulsory education teachers at the undergraduate level,taking the undergraduate level as the minimum academic standard for future compulsory education teachers,and encouraging the training of postgraduate level teachers,are in line with the people’s demand for fair and quality education.The development of teacher education theory in China,along with the construction of"high-quality,professional and innovative teaching team",and has the supporting conditions from teacher education institutions,teacher recruitment units and teacher education experience in developed countries.It is necessary and feasible to construct the model.Based on this,we can follow the"access-process-export",logic take the cultivation of high-quality teachers in compulsory education schools as the goal,and analyze from five aspects:the specialization of training institutions,the fairness of enrollment admission,the flexibility of training methods,the practice of training courses,and the scientificity of assessment and evaluation.It is also supported by strengthening the construction of relevant laws and regulations,cooperating with various school running subjects,and promoting the construction of teacher education discipline.
