摘要
实现教育强国的宏伟目标,高素质专业化教师队伍是关键。党的十八大以来,国家高度重视教师教育体系建设,确立了教师教育在教师队伍建设中的优先地位,中国特色教师教育体系不断完善,有力支撑了我国建设数量充足、结构合理、质量合格的世界最大规模的教师队伍。中国特色教师教育体系的主要特征体现在:以坚持党的领导确保正确发展方向,以教师教育优先发展为建设战略取向,以开放协同联动为改革重中之重,以完善政策体系为关键制度保障,以数智赋能模式为改革重要变量。对照建设教育强国目标任务,结合国际先进经验,我国教师教育体系建设还需要在坚持教师教育事业优先发展、优化调整师范院校战略布局、支持高水平大学举办教师教育、推动教师教育制度完善创新、深化教师教育模式改革、推进教师教育数字化升级、加强中国特色教师教育的理论研究等方面持续发力。
The development of a highly-competent and professional teaching force is the key to achieving the grand goal of building a powerful country in education.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),China has attached great importance to the construction of the teacher education system,established first priority over teacher education in the building of the teaching force,improved the policy system for teacher education with Chinese characteristics,and provided a strong support for the building of the world's largest teaching force with sufficient quantity,a reasonable structure and up-to-standard quality.The teacher education system with Chinese characteristics is characterized by adhering to the leadership of the CPC to ensure the correct direction of development,adopting the strategy of giving first priority to the development of teacher education,highlighting opening-up and cooperation in the reform,improving the policy system to guarantee the key teacher education system,and using data intelligence as an important variable of the model change.In light of the goal of building a powerful country in education and advanced international experience,China's teacher education system construction needs to adhere to first priority over the development of teacher education,optimize the strategic layout of normal colleges and universities,support high-level universities in their teacher education programs,promote the consummation and innovation of the teacher education system,deepen the reform of teacher education modes,promote the digital upgrade of teacher education,and strengthen the theoretical research into teacher education with Chinese characteristics.
