摘要基本公共教育在国民教育体系中处于基础性、先导性地位,承担着立德树人的根本使命。基本公共教育服务作为普惠性的公共产品,承载增进实质濡化、防止嵌而不互、形成平视观照等多重功能,在培育西部地区青少年“中华民族一家亲”的集体潜意识、增强中华民族共同体意识的归属性认识上,具有“从心而治”到“人心归聚”的心理逻辑及作用机理,对铸牢中华民族共同体意识富有独特价值和深刻意义。以基本公共教育服务铸牢中华民族共同体意识的实践路径在于:以高质量发展成果优化服务供给水平,奠定共同感知的物质基础;加强社会主义核心价值观教育引领,共育共同守护的精神家园;推进基本公共教育服务均等化,涵化公平正义的共同情感;坚定推广使用国家通用语言文字,培养共通互联的认知思维,进而高质量铸牢中华民族共同体意识。 Basic public education plays a fundamental and leading role in the national education system,and undertakes the fundamental mission of fostering virtue through education.As a public good of universal benefit,basic public education services carry multiple functions,such as enhancing substantive immersion,preventing embeddedness without interaction,and forming a perspective of equality.Having the psychological logic and mechanism of “governance from the heart” to “convergence of the hearts” in cultivating the collective sub-consciousness of young people in the western region as “one family of the Chinese nation” and enhancing the recognition of the attribution of the sense of community for the Chinese nation,it is full of unique value and profound significance for consolidating the sense of community for the Chinese nation.The practical path to consolidate the sense of community for of the Chinese nation with basic public education services is to optimize the level of service supply with high-quality development and lay a material foundation for common perception;strengthen the education and guidance of socialist core values,and cultivate a spiritual home that is guarded together;promote the equalization of basic public education services and cultivate the common feeling of fairness and justice;promote the use of the national common language steadily,cultivate common and interconnected cognitive thinking to consolidate the sense of community for the Chinese nation effectively.
