摘要
基于人才赋能视角,对新时代大学生融入乡村振兴建设进行了探讨。从主要国家和地区农业就业占比和农村人口占比的变动情况来看,未来我国乡村振兴在农业发展方面要顺应世界乡村结构转型趋势,以更高水平的生产力来驱动我国乡村产业发展。根据新时代大学生融入乡村振兴建设面临的困境提出了几点建议:增强大学生乡村就业意愿,改善乡村就业生活环境,国家出台完善的相关支持政策。
Based on the perspective of talent engergization,the study explores the integration of college students into rural revitalization construction in the new era.In the future,it is necessary to conform to the trend of the transformation of rural structure in the world to drive China’s rural industry development with higher productivity from the change situation of China’s agricultural employment and rural population proportion.Suggestions for the integration of college students into rural revitalization construction are proposed,i.e.to promote college students’rural employment willingness,improve rural employment living environment,and implement perfect related support policy.
