摘要
目的:探究高职院校养老服务相关专业学生就业意愿及影响因素,为改善养老服务人才供给提供决策依据。方法:2022年5月1日—6月1日,选取贵阳市某高职院校老年服务相关专业的在校生530人作为研究对象。建立多因素logistic回归分析模型,分析学生的就业意愿及影响因素。结果:有83.0%的学生愿意从事养老服务行业,照顾老年人的经历、家庭月收入1501~5000元、父母对从事养老行业的态度、对养老服务行业的兴趣是高职院校养老服务相关专业学生就业意愿的影响因素。结论:贵阳市某高职院校养老服务相关专业学生就业意愿处于较高水平,相关管理部门应着力提升养老服务人才的薪酬福利、社会地位,高等院校也要为学生创造照顾老年人的条件,提升其专业兴趣,从而稳定养老服务人才队伍。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the willingness of employment of old-age service for students of pension-related majors and its influencing factors,and to provides decisionmaking basis for improving the supply of pension service talents.METHODS A designed questionnaire survey was conducted,and the Chi-squaretest,Logistic stepwise regression model were used to analyze the willingness and influencing factors of college students majoring in elderly care service.RESULTS A total of 530 valid samples were included,83.0%of these college students were willing to engage in the old-age service industry.The experience of caring for the elderly,monthly family income(1501~5000),experience of caring for the elderly,parents’attitudes toward working in the elderly care industry,interest were the influencing factors to the willingness to choose pension service for the students majoring in the elderly.CONCLUSION The willingness of employment of old-age service is at a high level for students of pension-related majors.The relevant functional department should accelerate efforts to improve the salary and welfare,social status of elderly service workers.The higher vocational college should create conditions for students to get along with the elderly and promote students’interest in their major to stabilize the ranks of elderly care professional.
