摘要
蒋梦麟的《西潮》具有很强的史料功能,他在本书中平直客观地记录了有关家乡蒋村的诸多内容,不仅呈现了传统乡村社会的性质和社会结构形式以及相应的治理方式,而且叙述了近代西风东渐下所发生的急遽变化。在这一转变下,传统乡村治理方式实效已不如当初,但传统乡村结构和治理模式仍以惯性力量发挥着巨大作用。借鉴这一长期积淀生成的治理方式,汲取前人的治理经验和智慧,对新时代乡村社会治理具有现实意义。蒋梦麟的“蒋村”书写启示我们:乡村治理要尊重乡村实际,坚持走中国特色的乡村治理道路;要深入乡村内部,积极发现和利用地方知识和经验;要挖掘乡村价值,增强乡村文化自信。
Jiang Menglin's The Tides from the West has a strong function of historical data.In this book,he recorded many contents about his hometown Jiang Village directly and objectively.It not only presents the nature and social structure of traditional rural society and the corresponding way of governance,but also describes the rapid changes that took place under the Westernization in modern times.Under this change,the effectiveness of traditional rural governance is not as good as before,but the traditional rural structure and governance mode still plays a huge role with inertia force.It is of practical significance for rural social governance in the new era to learn from this long-term accumulated governance mode and the previous governance experience and wisdom.Jiang Menglin's writing of“Jiang Village”enlightens us that rural governance should respect the rural reality and adhere to the road of rural governance with Chinese characteristics;go deep into the countryside,actively discover and use local knowledge and experience;tap the rural value and enhance the confidence of rural culture.
