摘要
本文通过对工匠精神内涵的解读,挖掘工匠精神内在价值、目前培育过程中涉及到的问题,从针对高职院校自身办学理念的改良融入,学生自身素质水平打磨策略,到教师团队的培育,再到落实校企合作相关政策策略,优化合作模式等提出了高职院校培养具有工匠精神、职业精神的高技术全方面素质人才的培养策略及培育路径。
Through the interpretation of the connotation of the craftsman spirit,the exploration of the intrinsic value of the craftsman spirit and the problems involved in the current cultivation process,this paper puts forward the training strategies and paths for higher vocational colleges to cultivate talents with craftsman spirit and professional spirit from the following aspects:the improvement of the running idea of colleges and universities,the improvement of students own quality,the cultivation of teachers’team,implement policies and strategies related to school-enterprise cooperation,optimizing cooperation mode,etc.
