摘要
作为一个与时俱进且已被泛化了的文化符号,传统意义上的工匠正籍由现代科学技术及产业革命而向现代工匠转型。现代工匠不仅是我国新发展阶段产业升级及经济增长的重要支撑,还是我国经济社会发展的内生要求,其技术技能素养和社会角色定位也在时空转换中遵循"技术—能力—社会"的逻辑框架。为有效培养适应我国高质量发展和新发展格局需要的大批高素质技术技能人才并形成新时代产业工人体系,应遵循技术适配和发展引领的原则,构建自我发展、守正创新、市场匹配、多边协同、政策引导等一整套现代工匠成长发展促进机制,并围绕优化公共服务资源、完善技能认证机制、变革职教培养模式、弘扬优秀工匠精神、推进配套制度设计等来筑牢现代工匠培育路径。
As a cultural symbol that keeps pace with the times and has been generalized, artisans in the traditional sense are transforming into modern artisans by means of modern science and technology and industrial revolution. Modern artisans are not noly the important support for industrial upgrading and economic growth in the new development stage of China, but also the endogenous requirements of China’s economic and social development. Meanwhile, modern artisans’ technical skill accomplishment and social role orientation also follow the logical framework of"technology-ability-society"in the transformation of time and space. In order to effectively cultivate high-quality technical talents to meet the needs of China’s high-quality development and form a new era of industrial workers system, we should build a set of promotion mechanisms for the growth and development of modern artisans, such as self-development, positive innovation, market matching, multilateral collaboration, and policy guidance following the principles of technology adaptation and development guidance.Then, we should focus on innovative training mode, optimize the curriculum system, deepen the integration of production and education,establish a qualification framework, and improve the system support to build a solid path of modern artisans training.
