摘要
目的 掌握2011—2020年武汉市东西湖区乙型病毒性肝炎(乙肝)的流行病学特征,为制定乙肝防控策略提供科学依据。方法 从中国疾病预防控制信息系统下载2011—2020年报告的所有乙肝病例信息,采取描述性流行病学方法开展分析。结果 2011—2020年东西湖区共报告2 693例乙肝病例,年均报告发病率为52.87/10万,年均发病率呈先上升后下降的趋势(趋势χ^(2)=150.27,P<0.01)。发病无明显季节性,男性发病高于女性,男女性别比为2.15∶1(χ^(2)=27.62,P<0.01);职业分布以家务及待业为主,占53.95%;发病年龄以15~<75岁为主,15岁以下人群发病较少。结论 乙肝是东西湖区高发传染病,发病整体趋势呈现先升高后下降,男性、15~<75岁人群为高发人群,在继续巩固儿童乙肝疫苗常规免疫接种的同时,还应做好15岁以上人群强化免疫的工作。
Objective To grasp the epidemiological characteristics of hepatitis B in Dongxihu district of Wuhan from 2011 to 2020,and to provide a scientific basis for the development of hepatitis B prevention and control strategies.Methods Information on reported hepatitis B cases in Dongxihu district from 2011-2020 was extracted from the Chinese Disease Prevention and Control Information System and analyzed using descriptive epidemiological me-thods.Results From 2011 to 2020,a total of 2 693 cases of hepatitis B were reported in the Dongxihu district, with an average annual reported incidence rate of 52.87/100 000.The annual incidence increased at first and decreased la-ter(χ^(2)=150.27,P<0.01).There was no significant seasonality in the incidence.The incidence was higher in males than females, with a male to female sex ratio of 2.15∶1(χ^(2)=27.62,P<0.01).The occupational distribution was mainly domestic work or unemployed, accounting for 53.95%.The age of onset was mainly 15-74 years old, with a lower incidence in people under 15 years old.Conclusion Hepatitis B is a highly prevalent infectious disease in this district, with a trend of rising incidence followed by decreasing incidence, and men, 15-74 years old people are the high-incidence group.While continuing to consolidate routine immunization against hepatitis B in children, it is also necessary to strengthen the booster immunization of people over 15 years old.
