摘要
处于民族、国家和世界体系三重政治结构下的中华民族共同体演进既需要完成现代民族国家的建构,也需要在这种结构下保持疆域的完整、民族的多样、国家的持续发展。从民族国家共同体的属性来看,作为一个共同体存在的中华民族不仅需要国家场域予以确认和认可,更需要世界维度的他者认可,而民族国家主体的唯一性确保了作为共同体的中华民族能够生生不息。受制于三重政治结构的约束,中华民族共同体的演进呈现出一种非均衡的格局,影响了中华民族共同体发展的制度建构、形态特征和政策选择。在非均衡的格局中,中华民族共同体的演进呈现出递进式与复合协同式的交织,体现为主体的复合性、任务的交织性和目标的交融性。因此,需要塑造一种共命运的民族共同体以实现民族的演进,完成国家统一与民族国家建设以实现国家的演进,以新的世界秩序的形成助推中华民族屹立于世界民族之林。
In the triple political structure of ethnic, state and world system, the evolution of the community for the Chinese nation requires both the completion of the modern nation-state building and the maintenance of the integrity of the territory, the diversity of ethnicity, and the sustainable development of the nation state under such a system. From the attributes of the nation-state community, it is because of the existence of the state field and the uniqueness of nation-state can we ensure life and growth in nature of the community for the Chinese nation. Constrained by the triple political structure, the evolution of the community for the Chinese nation presents an uneven pattern, which restricts the system construction, morphological characteristics, and policy choice in the evolution of the community for the Chinese nation. In the uneven pattern, the evolution of the community for the Chinese nation presents an interweaving of recursive and compound synergy, embodied in the composite nature of the subject, the interwoven nature of the task and the intertwined nature of the goal, which needs to shape a national community with a common destiny in order to realize the evolution of the nation, complete the construction of national unification and the national state in order to realize the evolution of the nation, and the formation of a new world order in order to realize the standing of the Chinese nation in the forest of the world’s nations.
