摘要
高校承担着科学研究职责,在推动重大科研成果产出、服务地方发展、落实国家科技发展战略等方面发挥重要的作用,因此有组织地开展科研活动是非常亟需的。本文从精准服务、制度建设及科研诚信等方面,探讨有组织地开展科研活动实施路径,构建研管融合共同体,从而推动高校科研工作高质量发展。
Colleges and universities are responsible for scientific research and play an important role in promoting the output of scientific research achievements,serving local development,and implementing the national science and technology development strategy.Therefore,it is very urgent to carry out scientific research activities in an organized way.From the aspects of accurate service,system construction and scientific research integrity,this paper discusses the implementation path for carrying out organized scientific research activities,building an integration community of research and management,so as to promote the high-quality development of university scientific research.
