摘要
高等职业教育是一种具有中国特色的教育类型,其在我国的发展呈现出一种活跃的、与经济社会发展相互依存的图景。在高质量发展的时代背景下,我国高职教育面临着新定位、肩负着新使命。立足新发展阶段、贯彻新发展理念、构建新发展格局,结合时代背景、教育基础、产业发展、技术进步、社会关切等因素分析高职教育发展环境,从类型、层次和功能等层面深入探讨高职教育新定位,从忠实践行为党育人、为国育才职责,深入推进育人方式、办学模式、管理体制、保障机制改革,积极建设现代职业教育体系等方面科学把握高职教育新使命,推动高职教育高质量发展。
Higher vocational education is a type of education with Chinese characteristics.Its development in China presents an active picture of interdependence with economic and social development.Under the background of high-quality development,higher vocational education in China is facing a new orientation and shouldering a new mission.Based on the new development stage,we should implement the new development concept and build a new development pattern.We should analyze the development environment of higher vocational education in combination with the era background,education foundation,industrial development,technological progress and social concerns.We should deeply explore the new orientation of higher vocational education from the types,levels and functions.We should faithfully practice the responsibility of educating people for the party and the country,and further promote the reform of education methods,school running modes,management systems and security mechanisms,and actively build a modern vocational education system.As a result,we can scientifically grasp the new mission of higher vocational education and promote the high-quality development of higher vocational education.
