摘要
我国大健康产业发展迅速,在保健养生生态下,中医药的特色优势得以确立,为中药职业教育发展带来了新的机遇和挑战。中药职业教育存在专业人才数量与质量不达标、政策支持不足等问题,与产业发展的需求存在较大差距。中药职业教育通过增加人才培养数量、提升人才培养水平、加大政策扶持力度等措施能更好地适应社会需求,打破中药人才培养的困境。
With the rapid development of China’s large health industry and the health care environment,the unique advantages of traditional Chinese medicine have been established,which has brought new opportunities and challenges for the development of Chinese medicine vocational education.However,the professional education of traditional Chinese medicine has problems such as the insufficient quantity and quality of professional talents,insufficient policy support,and a large gap with the needs of industrial development.Vocational education of traditional Chinese medicine can better meet the needs of society and solve the difficulties in the cultivation of professional talents by increasing its number,improving its level of talents training,and increasing the level of policy support.
