摘要
第一次和第二次国内革命战争时期所形成的群众路线思想理论,是中国共产党群众路线的思想源头和基础,对新时代公安群众工作具有重要的借鉴价值。立足于两次国内革命战争时期群众路线历史经验,对该时期群众路线的目标、动力、方法等问题进行梳理、归纳,进而结合新时代公安群众工作面临的挑战,提出对新时代公安群众工作的四点启示,包括:强化宗旨,树立新时代公安群众工作新理念;忠诚履职,提升群众对公安机关的认可度;广泛发动,增强基层公安工作社会化水平;继承传统,做好新时代公安群众工作方法创新。
The ideological theory of the mass line formed during the first and second domestic revolutionary wars is the ideological source and foundation of the mass line of the Communist Party of China,and has important value and significance for the mass work of public security in the new era.Based on the historical experience of the mass line during the two domestic revolutionary wars,this paper summarizes the objectives,motivation and methods of the mass line in those periods.Combined with the challenges faced by public security mass work in the new era,this paper puts forward four enlightenment to public security mass work in the new era,namely,strengthening the purpose and establishing a new concept of public security mass work in the new era,performing duties faithfully and improving the public’s recognition of the public security organs,mobilizing all officers to enhance the socialization level of grass-roots public security work,inheriting the tradition and innovating the public security mass work methods in the new era.
