摘要
食用菌因其营养价值丰富、药理活性多样,具有很大开发潜力。我国食用菌种质资源丰富,分布范围极广,为食用菌育种工作带来了便利。目前食用菌育种工作的主要方向是通过使用不同的育种技术,驯化尚未实现人工栽培的珍稀食用菌,或在现有栽培品种的基础上选育具有产量更高、生长周期更快、抗逆性更强等优势的新品种。通过总结食用菌主要育种方法,并展望食用菌育种研究方向,旨在为后续食用菌育种研究提供参考,助力食用菌产业发展。
Edible fungi have great development potential because of their rich nutritional value and diverse pharmacological activities.China is rich in edible fungi germplasm resources and widely distributed,which brings convenience to edible fungi breeding.At present,the main direction of edible fungi breeding is to domesticate rare edible fungi that have not been artificially cultivated through the use of different breeding techniques,or to select new varieties with the advantages of higher yield,faster growth cycle and stronger stress resistance on the basis of existing cultivated varieties.Through summarizing the main breeding methods of edible fungi and prospecting the research direction of edible fungi breeding,in order to provide reference for the follow-up edible fungi breeding research and help the development of edible fungi industry.
