摘要
随着食用菌消费的快速增长,食用菌工厂化生产已是大势所趋。如何工厂化生产出更加符合人们健康理念的食用菌品,成为当前食用菌行业面临的瓶颈。无公害食用菌生产已经成为当前食用菌工厂化进程中的主流。根据食用菌产品卫生管理的标准和制度,对食用菌生长厂房内部环境进行生态管理,对环境条件加以设计、测控和调节,能在极大程度上生产出高质量的无公害食用菌,再加上现代化的智能设备辅助,形成标准化的无公害食用菌生产技术标准,对食用菌产业的发展具有重要的意义。
With the rapid growth of consumption of edible fungi,the industrial production of edible fungi has become a general trend.How to factory produce edible fungi more in line with people’s health concept has become a bottleneck facing the current edible fungus industry.The production of pollution-free edible fungi has become the mainstream in the current industrialization process of edible fungi.According to the standards and systems for hygienic management of edible fungus products,ecological management of the internal environment of the edible fungus growth plant,designing,measuring,controlling and adjusting the environmental conditions can produce high-quality pollution-free edible fungi to a great extent The assistance of modern intelligent equipment to form a standardized pollution-free edible fungus production technology standard is of great significance to the development of the edible fungus industry.
