摘要
介绍了我国食用菌产业现状,即产量和产值快速增加、优势基地和区域布局不断优化、栽培品种和栽培方式日趋多元化、生产机械化程度不断提高、品牌质量不断提升和食药用菌文化逐渐兴起。分析了目前在精准产业扶贫、大健康产业、供给侧改革和"一带一路"倡议等国家方针政策背景下,食用菌产业发展面临的机遇;同时也指出了菌种混乱、异物同名、同物异名、质量标准不规范、资源污染浪费严重、食用菌精深加工能力不足、缺乏轻简化的机械设备和尚未形成真正意义的食用菌科学文化等存在的诸多问题。提出了树立"三维"农业理念、把"菌物药"纳入中药范畴、进一步加大对食用菌产业扶持力度和建设国家级菌物资源保育区等建议,促进我国食用菌产业现代化。
In the paper,the status quo of edible fungi industry in China had been introduced,that is,the rapid increase of yield and output value,the diversification of cultivars,the increasing mechanization of production,the continuous improvement of brand quality and gradual rise of edible medicinal fungi. The paper also includes the opportunities of the edible fungi industry in the context of national polices such as precision industry poverty alleviation,big health industry,supply side reform and "Belt and Road Initiative". At the same time,it points out many problems such as the confusion of strains,the same name of different bodies,the unqualified quality standards,the serious pollution and waste of resources,the insufficient ability of deeply processing of edible fungi,the shortage of simplified mechanical equipment,and the lack of scientific knowledge of edible fungi. It is proposed to establish a three-dimensional agricultural concept,incorporate fungus medicine into the category of traditional Chinese medicine,further increase the support for the edible fungus industry,and construct a national-level fungus resources conservation area to promote the modernization of edible fungus industry in China.
