摘要
从发展规模及分布、工业化水平和疫情带来的产业变化3个方面分析当下我国食用菌产业的发展现状,指出了我国食用菌产业在种业、精深加工、质量安全、菌物药业、从业人员素质等方面仍面临着较大的挑战,并探讨了我国食用菌产业未来发展的主要方向,以期促进我国食用菌产业在创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享五大理念中全面发展,进而向食用菌强国这一伟大目标过渡。
The current development situation of edible fung industry in China were analyzed from three aspects of the scale and distribution of development,the level of industrialization and the industrial changes brought by the COVID-19,and the great challenges in related seed industry,intensive processing,quality and safety,fungus pharmaceutical industry,and the quality of employees were pointed out.The paper also discussed the main direction of the future development of China’s edible fungus industry to innovation,coordination,green,opening,and sharing,and will realize the great goal of building a powerful country in edible fungi field.
