After-school Service in Primary and Secondary Schools in China:Policy Analysis and Evidence-based Research Trend

摘要 我国中小学课后服务走过了以服务性为主、满足教育性需求、兼顾服务性与教育性、注重个性化发展的历程,课后服务的地位日益凸显,目标逐渐指向学生全面发展,内容走向多样化,主体呈现多元化。与此相适应,课后服务内涵研究不断丰富,研究必要性彰显,保障制度研究趋于深化,效果评价研究尚需完善。今后,课后服务研究将从经验研究走向效果评估研究,从对策研究走向制度规划研究,从赋能研究走向教师增能研究,从学习质量研究走向五育并举研究。 After class service in primary and secondary schools in China has gone through a process of mainly based on service,meeting educational needs,giving consideration to serv-ice and education,and paying attention to personalized development.The status of after-school service has become increasingly prominent.The goal of after school service is gradually pointing to the comprehensive development of students.The content of after school service is becoming more diversified,and the main body of after school service is pluralist.According-ly,the connotation research on the after-school service is constantly enriched,the research necessity is highlighted,the research on security system tends to deepen,and the research on effect evaluation needs to be improved.In the future,after-school service research will move from experience research to effect evaluation research,countermeasure research to sys-tem planning research,empowerment research to teacher empowerment research,and learn-ing quality research to the simultaneous development of five dimensions of education.
