课后服务如何影响中小学生发展——基于国外31项实验与准实验研究的元分析 被引量:2

How After-school Programs Affect the Development of Primary and Middle School Students:A Meta-analysis Based on 31 Foreign Experimental and Quasi-experimental Studies

摘要 科学评估课后服务对学生发展的影响,有助于为完善课后服务政策提供证据支持。对国外31项实验与准实验的元分析显示,课后服务对学生发展存在显著的正向影响,其主效应集中在学生情感与态度发展方面,合并效应量为0.273。具体来看,学段效应差异方面,小学开展课后服务相对于中学对学生情感与态度发展的效应更明显;开展频次方面,每周4次以上的课后服务对学生认知与行为发展的效应更大;项目质量方面,具有SAFE特征的高质量课后服务更能促进学生发展。据此,应充分发挥课后服务全面育人功能,激发课后服务长期育人活力,并通过动态评估精准反馈课后服务全程育人实效。 Scientific evaluation of the impact of after-school programs on student development can provide supporting evidence for improving after-school program policies and implementation.The meta-analysis of 31 foreign experimental and quasi-experimental studies shows that after-school programs have a significant positive impact on the development of students,especially in their emotions and attitudes,where the combined effect size is 0.273.Specifically,in terms of the differential effect of school stage,after-school programs in primary school play a more prominent role in students'development of emotions and attitudes compared with middle school.In terms of frequency,after-school programs with a frequency of more than 4 times a week have a more significant effect on students'cognitive and behavior development.In terms of program quality,high-quality after-school programs with SAFE characteristics can promote the development of students more.We should give full play to the comprehensive education function of after-school programs,stimulate the long-term vitality of after-school programs,and provide accurate feedback on the effectiveness of after-school programs throughout the education process through dynamic evaluation.
