摘要
目的 探讨以问题为导向的护理干预对胃癌根治手术患者术后机体康复及生活质量的影响。方法 将2020年1月至12月收治的80例胃癌根治手术患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予以问题为导向的护理干预。比较两组的护理效果。结果 观察组的胃管留置时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、首次肛门排气时间、饮食恢复时间、排便恢复时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组的自护能力、生活质量及心理状态评分均优于护理前,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论以问题为导向的护理干预应用于胃癌根治手术患者中,有助于促进术后机体康复,降低并发症发生风险,提高自护能力及生活质量。
Objective To explore the effects of problem-oriented nursing intervention on postoperative body rehabilitation and quality of life of patients undergoing radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer.Methods From January to December 2020,80 patients undergoing radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given problem-oriented nursing intervention.The nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results The indwelling time of gastric tube,recovery time of bowel sounds,first anal exhaust time,diet recovery time and defecation recovery time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the self-care ability,quality of life and psychological status scores of the both groups were better than those before nursing,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The problem-oriented nursing intervention applied in patients undergoing radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer can help promote postoperative body rehabilitation,reduce the risk of complications,and improve self-care ability and quality of life.
