摘要
目的探讨医护一体化护理模式对胃癌根治术患者负性情绪及术后康复的影响.方法选取2020年1月—2021年4月于该院行胃癌根治术的患者126例为研究对象,根据临床护理方法将其分成观察组(n=63例)和对照组(n=63例).对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用医护一体化护理,比较两组患者护理前后的负性情绪评分及其术后恢复情况、护理满意度及并发症发生情况.结果护理后,观察组的抑郁评分、焦虑评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的首次排气时间、下床活动时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的临床护理满意度为96.83%,高于对照组的80.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的不良反应发生率为14.29%,低于对照组的30.16%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论胃癌根治术患者采用医护一体化护理可改善负性情绪,促进术后恢复,有效提高护理满意度,值得推广.
Objective To explore the influence of the medical-nursing integrated nursing mode on the negative emotions and postoperative rehabilitation of patients with gastric cancer after radical operation.Methods A total of 126 patients who underwent radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer in the hospital from January 2020 to April 2021 were selected as research subjects,and were divided into an observation group(63 cases)and a control group(63 cases)according to clinical nursing methods.The conventional nursing was used in the control group and the medical-nursing integrated nursing was used in the observation group.The negative emotion scores before and after nursing,postoperative recovery,nursing satisfaction and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of depression and anxiety in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The first exhaust time,ambulation time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.83%,higher than 80.95%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 14.29%,lower than 30.16%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Medical-Nursing integrated nursing for patients with radical gastrectomy of gastric cancer can improve negative emotions,promote postoperative recovery and effectively improve nursing satisfaction,which is worth promoting.
