简式简明心境问卷界定胃癌根治术患者术前负性心境状态的临界值研究被引量：40

Study on the optimal critical value of the Profile of Mood States-Short Form in assessing negative emotions of patients waiting for radical gastrectomy

摘要目的明确简式简明心境问卷在胃癌根治术患者术前负性心境状态的适宜临界值。方法对154例拟行胃癌根治术的患者发放简式简明心境问卷(POMS-SF)与心理困扰管理量表(DM),将DM结果作为胃癌根治术患者POMS-SF测评的校标。结果当POMS-SF临界值为27.50时,工作特征(ROC)曲线在左上方离标准参照线最远,这时灵敏度、特异度、假阴性率与假阳性率分别为0.686、0.833、0.314及0.167。受试者ROC曲线下面积为0.797(P<0.05),面积标准误为0.043。结论 POMS-SF在胃癌根治术患者术前负性心境状态的测评中有适宜临界值,能准确界定"问题人群",是胃癌根治术患者术前负性心境状态测评的有效工具。
