摘要
目的分析胃癌患者术后采用综合康复治疗的生存质量。方法选取2018年5月—2020年4月该院收治的62例实施手术治疗的胃癌患者,分别在术后给予常规治疗(常规组31例)和综合康复治疗(实验组31例),对比分析两组患者术后相关指标的改善情况。结果实验组患者的并发症发生率为9.68%,低于常规组患者的32.26%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者的留置尿管、首次进食、肛门排气以及住院时间均短于常规组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者的各项生存质量评分均低于常规组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合康复治疗的应用可以有效降低胃癌患者的术后并发症发生率,充分改善患者术后相关指标和生存质量。
Objective To analyze the quality of life of patients with gastric cancer who received comprehensive rehabilitation after surgery.Methods From May 2018 to April 2020,62 patients with gastric cancer who underwent surgical treatment were selected and respectively received conventional treatment(31 cases in the conventional group)and comprehensive rehabilitation treatment(31 cases in the experimental group)after the operation.The improvement of related indexes after the two groups of patients were analysed.Results The complication rate of the experimental group was 9.68%,which was lower than 32.26%of the conventional group,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The indwelling catheter,first meal,anal exhaust,and hospitalization time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the conventional group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of patients in the experimental group were lower than those in the routine group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in patients with gastric cancer,and fully improve the postoperative related indicators and quality of life of patients.
