摘要
目的探讨基于量化评估方案护理措施对提升胃癌手术患者护理效果、胃肠功能及生活质量的价值。方法选取2014年2月至2019年2月间陕西省延安大学附属医院收治的行胃癌手术治疗的79例患者,采用随机数表法分为试验组40例和常规组39例。常规组患者采用基础护理措施,试验组患者采用基于量化评估方案护理措施。比较两组患者胃肠功能恢复情况、干预前后生活质量及疼痛视觉模拟得分。结果试验组患者恢复排便、排气和肠鸣音正常时间均短于常规组患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。试验组患者干预后的机体功能、认知功能、社会功能及情感功能得分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者干预后VAS得分低于常规组患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论胃癌术后患者采用基于量化评估方案护理,可促进胃肠功能恢复,提高生活质量,改善术后疼痛情况。
Objective To analyze the efficacy of quantitative assessment based nursing in improving the nursing efficacy,gastrointestinal function and quality of life in patients with gastric cancer after operation.Methods A total of 79 patients who underwent surgery for gastric cancer at Yan’an University Affiliated Hospital from February 2014 to February 2019 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into an experimental group(40 patients)and a conventional group(39 patients)using random number arrangement table.The experimental group was given quantitative assessment based nursing and the conventional group was given basic nursing.The recovery of gastrointestinal function,quality of life and visual analogue scale(VAS)scores were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results The time to recovery of exhaust,defecation and bowel sounds was shorter in the experimental group than in the conventional group(all P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of physical,cognitive,social and emotional function were higher in the experimental group than in the conventional group(all P<0.05).After the intervention,the VAS score was lower in the experimental group than in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing based on quantitative assessment can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,improve quality of life,and improve pain after surgery.
